!@#$%

Went to watch the new Mr. Bean movie with my paternal cousins on Friday. :D
We've become quite close-knit lately, like since the beginning of this year. XD
The movie was quite funny, and mostly in...
*get ready for this, Shams*
FRENCH!!!
XD
But there were subtitles, so it was understandable.

After that, went to Swenson's for dinner, then the rest went off to the arcade while Jesslyn and I trawled the shops.
We went to this shop with this VERY irritating lady who kept pushing clothes at me, even though I SPECIFICALLY told her I didn't like the style of this baby doll dress, or it was too expensive.
But she just went, "Very nice! Very nice!" in Chinese and thrust everything in the dressing room, and kept following us some more.
WTH. How... DESPERATE.
Jesslyn was whispering in my ear, 'Fcuk. So annoying lah!'
Eventually, I didn't buy anything from the shop (the top I liked wasn't made out of good material and cost a whopping $30! The SKIRT I liked cost $29.90-- "On sale! On sale!").
I only managed to escape cos some other woman took the clothes, while the annoying one attended to a poor couple.
I fully appreciate the fact that some people need to make money, but really, why go to that extent???
I MIGHT HAVE bought something, but due to the annoying, stalker-like service, which, I can tell you, is one that we all hate (I prefer the look-sweet-and-stand-by-the-counter-until-needed type).

At around 10.30PM, when they had all finished with their arcade stuff, Kenneth and Justin went home while Jeffrey, Jessica, Jesslyn and I tried to hail a cab.
They were all either full, empty but mysteriously 'On Call', empty with the 'HIRED' sign on, or NOT heading to Bukit Timah:
"Where you going?"
"Bukit Timah!"
"Cannot, I go Clementi!"
OI.
Isn't Bukit Timah ON THE WAY to Clementi???
Even I, geographically-challenged Singaporean, know that!!!
And aren't taxi drivers supposed to be like road-savvy and stuff?
GOD.
HOW ANNOYING.
So around 11PM, after crossing the road and changing hailing locations several times, we gave up and got my auntie to send us home.
Stupid taxi drivers.
